The Lion Who Stole My Arm
Author
Nicola Davies
Genre
realistic fiction
ISBN
9780763666200
Review
This story was a fine story that taught me some things that I didn't know about lions. I'm kind of sorry I couldn't give this book any higher than three stars, but it just didn't have much details. Here's what it's mainly about. A young boy named Pedru is attacked by a hungry lion, who rips his right arm. Everyone in Pedru's village is afraid and angry at lions because of their past experiences. But Pedru is the angriest of them all. He seeks for revenge, angry at the lion who stole his arm and made him a crippled boy. When Pedru finds his lion, with the help of some lion researchers, will he satisfy himself with revenge or will he realize how important lions are to people?   Search in the Library Catalog
